(Post-ePrep ACT® Composite Score) – (Baseline ACT® Composite Score) = Your ACT® Score Increase
For purposes of the calculation above, your "Baseline ACT® Composite Score" will equal the composite score of your best actual, ACT®-Corporation-administered ACT® (an "actual ACT®") that was taken before the date on which you purchased the Premium+ Edition of ePrep for the ACT®. If you purchase the Premium+ Edition of ePrep for the ACT® before you have taken an actual ACT®, your "Baseline ACT® Composite Score" will equal the composite score of Test 1 of the Premium+ Edition of ePrep for the ACT®.
For purposes of the calculation above, your "Post-ePrep ACT® Composite Score" will equal the composite score of the first actual ACT® that you properly complete after you have completed the Premium+ Edition of ePrep for the ACT® in its entirety; provided, however, that such first actual ACT® is taken within one week of completing the Premium+ Edition of ePrep for the ACT®.
If "Your ACT® Score Increase" is not greater than or equal to 4 points, you will be entitled to retake a reset version of the Premium+ Edition of ePrep for the ACT® over a six-month period that will begin at the time your claim under this guarantee is approved by ePrep.
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the 4-Point Increase Guarantee will only apply if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

For purposes of the calculation above, your "Baseline ACT® Composite Score" will equal the composite score of your best "actual, ACT®-Corporation-administered ACT® (an "actual ACT®") that was taken before the date on which you purchased the Express Edition of ePrep for the ACT®. If you purchase the Express Edition of ePrep for the ACT® before you have taken an actual ACT®, your "Baseline ACT® Composite Score" will equal the composite score of your ePrep for the ACT® Express Edition test (Test 1).
For purposes of the calculation above, your "Post-ePrep ACT® Composite Score" will equal the composite score of the first actual ACT® that you properly complete after you have completed the Express Edition of ePrep for the ACT® in its entirety; provided, however, that such first actual ACT® is taken within one week of completing the Express Edition of ePrep for the ACT®.
If "Your ACT® Score Increase" is not greater than or equal to 2 points, you will be entitled to two additional ePrep for the ACT® practice tests for a two-month period that will begin at the time your claim under this guarantee is approved by ePrep.
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the 2-Point Increase Guarantee will only apply if you satisfy all of the following conditions:
ePrep guarantees that your composite SAT® score will go up by 250 points or more, when you use the Premium+ Edition or the Premium Edition of ePrep for the SAT® or ePrep for the Digital SAT® (individually, as applicable, the ”Premium Edition SAT® Course”) as directed. Your score increase will be calculated as follows:
(Post-ePrep SAT® Score) – (Baseline SAT® Score) = Your SAT® Score Increase
For purposes of the calculation above, your "Baseline SAT® Score" will equal the total score (on the 200-1600 scale) of your best actual, College-Board-administered SAT® (an "actual SAT®") that was taken before the date on which you purchased the Premium Edition SAT® Course. If you purchase the Premium Edition SAT® Course before you have taken an actual SAT®, your "Baseline SAT® Score" will equal the score of Test 1 of the Premium Edition SAT® Course.
For purposes of the calculation above, your "Post-ePrep SAT® Score" will equal the total score (on the 200-1600 scale) of the first actual SAT® that you properly complete after you have completed the Premium Edition SAT® Course in its entirety; provided, however, that such first actual SAT® is taken within one week of completing the Premium Edition SAT® Course.
If "Your SAT® Score Increase" is not greater than or equal to 250 points, you will be entitled to retake a reset version of the Premium Edition SAT® Course over a six-month period that will begin at the time your claim under this guarantee is approved by ePrep.
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the 250-Point Increase Guarantee will only apply if you satisfy all of the following conditions:
ePrep guarantees that your composite SAT® score will go up by 150 points or more, when you use the Standard+ Edition or the Standard Edition of ePrep for the SAT® or ePrep for the Digital SAT® (individually, as applicable, the ”Standard Edition SAT® Course”) as directed. Your score increase will be calculated as follows:
(Post-ePrep SAT® Score) – (Baseline SAT® Score) = Your SAT® Score Increase
For purposes of the calculation above, your "Baseline SAT® Score" will equal the total score (on the 200-1600 scale) of your best actual, College-Board-administered SAT® (an "actual SAT®") that was taken before the date on which you purchased the Standard Edition SAT® Course. If you purchase the Standard Edition SAT® Course before you have taken an actual SAT®, your "Baseline SAT® Score" will equal the score of Test 1 of the Standard Edition SAT® Course.

ePrep guarantees that your composite SAT® score will go up by 100 points or more, when you use the Express Edition of ePrep for the SAT® or ePrep for the Digital SAT® (individually, as applicable, the ”Express Edition SAT® Course”) as directed. Your score increase will be calculated as follows:
(Post-ePrep SAT® Score) – (Baseline SAT® Score) = Your SAT® Score Increase
For purposes of the calculation above, your "Baseline SAT® Score" will equal the total score (on the 200-1600 scale) of your best actual, College-Board-administered SAT® (an "actual SAT®") that was taken before the date on which you purchased the Express Edition SAT® Course. If you purchase the Express Edition SAT® Course before you have taken an actual SAT®, your "Baseline SAT® Score" will equal the score of Test 1 of the Express Edition SAT® Course.

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the 150-Point Increase Guarantee will only apply if you satisfy all of the following conditions:
